To access Nova MyClinic, you can enter master both for User Name and password. Also you can identify unlimited number of Branches and unlimited number of users for Each Branch, and can authorise those users

You can enter identity data through Patient Identity Screen. It is compulsory to fill in the Name and Surname, and Type of Charge parts. You can identify 60 tariffs within the Type of Charge. As the given context, you can charge any fee and exchange rate you want such as Your Private tariff, Official TDB tariff Diplomat if VAT is zero. You can use the Account Rate if you want to apply any discount rate. For example, you can use 25 per cent discount for Peer Group. At that point, you should take into consideration that if you apply any discount rate and add some treatment, and later apply different per cent rate, it will not affect the discount rates of the treatment added previously.

You can view lots of different messages through the Nova MyClinic SMS Module such as your patients’ Birth Date, Check Periods, Cheque and Bill Payments, Celebrity Greetings, New Year Greetings, etc.

You can search your patients without any capital or small letter insensitivity through the Patient Search module by entering Name, Surname, mobile phone number, business phone number, home phone number and/or File number, Protocol number. You can also view the entire patient list or divide into groups. For example, Male Patients with A Rh(+) Blood Group or Female Patients who are teachers, etc. If you want, you can also filter New Patients, the last treatment, Diagnosis, Anamnesis, etc. You can even by a click transfer your patients’ data to different environment (like Excel, Word, pdf, html, etc.) or you can use SMS.

Very strong infrastructure is included within the MyClinic Treatment Screen although it is in a very simple form. If you request a diagnosis for your patient, you can enter the treatment actions in a very short time period. Also by using the 2D view and F2K, you can submit institutionally your reports to the official authorities. Additionally, you can insert some remarks on the teeth and compare each treatment. Both the permanent and deciduous teeth are included within the Treatment Screen, and thus you can also enter the treatment reports into this module.

You can make real-time correspondence with the users of Nova MyClinic. You can send those messages as a General or Private Messages. For example, if the message is private, a blinking picture appears on the screen so it can be read when available. Full Authorised User is able to read all messages. Also the message is reminded to the recipient audibly and visually unless s/he marks the message as read. You can also send reminding or warning messages to all users.

You can enter in this section the Payments of the procedures applied through the Patient Current Card. By Installment Plan, you can calculate the regular and proportional payments that are the most appropriate for the legal structure. Payments can preferably be entered via any exchange rate. If preferred, the accounts can be closed and it can be made out an invoice to the patient through this section.

You can define the procedures applied to your patients and make out an invoice, and print them via dot matrix printer.

You can prepare the payments of your patients, including the legal interest rates, by a click on the Instalment Plan in a very short period of time.

By Patient Imaging Archive, you can keep all the imaging procedures of your patients and print them, or you can organise the teeth pictures into groups as the previous or next ones. Since it includes a wide range of picture formats, you can import or export every kind of pictures.

You can use the Image Zoom Screen for the maximum enlargement and view of the selected picture.

In order to organise the Selected Image or Image groups with the teeth on treatment screen, you can use the Teeth Rectifier Screen and store the data of the selected picture into the software. For example, data about the doctor who took the picture, when and for what purpose, etc.

Since the MyClinic includes an appointment editor similar to the Outlook, there are various futures within the software. You can keep very detailed data such as the subject of the patient’s appointment, whether the patient is invited for phone call appointment, or the details of the responsible personnel in the clinic.

If you select a patient has an appointment, you can view his/her details without shifting to another section. For example, home, mobile, and business phone numbers, his/her photo. Please note that the visual memory is a very important factor improving your professional relations with people. Your secretary can recognise the patients from their photos. It will strengthen your relations with the patients.

If you work together with other doctors or if you have various details to deal with like electricity, water, phone, and heating payments, dues, debts and credits, etc., you can very easily and promptly keep them in this section.

By using the Patient Search Screen, you can make different searches like displaying the current patient potential and patients whose birth date are approaching or analysing your debts and credits.

By the Reminder Module, you can list the approaching birth dates, check periods, cheques and bills of your patients. You can send them messages via SMS.

You can personalise and restrict the Payment Tariffs and Treatment procedures. You can order the procedures in the treatment screen in accord with your choice. You can define the treatment procedures in any exchange rate you prefer. For example, you can define the Implant Procedure in Euros, the Proteases Procedure in US dollars, and Tooth extraction in NTLs.

You can create maximum 60 tariffs in the programme.

By using the Tariff Transfer Section developed to enable easier monetary calculations between the fare tariffs, you can create or renew by a click the fare tariffs in any preferred exchange rate in terms of proportion or value.

You can list the Cash Transactions and other transactions in a given interval on a doctor-basis. Thus you can view the doctor’s performance in the given interval as shown below, and can display statistically the group and number of the procedures applied by the doctor, and to which patients they are applied as well as the costs and treatment fees of the procedures and procedure groups.

By using the Doctor Performance Account Report, you can make reports on general or doctor basis.

By using Appointment Settings Module, you can authorise the user-basis appointments.

By User Authorising Module, you can define unlimited number of users and can easily limit the rights of those users.
